Jolly boating weather
PeopleCo hosted a Sailing Day in mid-September with 24 IT and HR professionals. We were very lucky with the weather and spent the morning learning about the boat and how to crew each position.
After a fantastic catered lunch, we raced the other boat back to the Portsmouth Harbour where we then spent the early evening at the bar, regaling each other with the stories of the day and commenting on how sore we were all going to be in the morning. And we were…
Because of the nature of sailing, it gave our guests the opportunity to get to know their PeopleCo consultants better and also allowed PeopleCo to gain a better picture of the businesses that we work with.
