  • Assess applicants' suitability to the position - review core and peripheral skill requirements, similar project experience, relevant industry knowledge and culture fit
  • Technical test where appropriate - bespoke or general on client request
  • Submit a shortlist of candidates, all of whom fit the selection criteria and are interested in the position
